Introduction to the Cross detal drawing creation tool
– The tool is customized to quickly create section detail drawings in accordance with Japanese construction drawing standards - directly from BIM model.
Instead of batch-applying dimensions and tags to all elements, the tool uses carefully arranged dimension–tag clusters tailored to each element type per construction drawing rules, then applies them element by element (foundations, columns, beams, slabs, walls).
– The cluster-based approach lets users easily edit, delete, or move an entire dimension–tag cluster when needed, avoiding a full drawing review like after batch dimensioning/tagging to fix local inconsistencies.
